1. Fulfillment Locations

We work with several fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all of our customers. Fulfillment locations include the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note:

  • Fulfillment times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • European Union & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions may affect final delivery times.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Occasionally, free or discounted shipping promotions may apply, which will be clearly stated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at [your email address].


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
Unfunny Apparel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address.

If a package is lost in transit, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue with the carrier.


8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — while we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.


9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Some items may be listed as pre-orders or backorders. These will ship once available, and estimated fulfillment times will be noted on the product page.
